Let’s see, I have a PhD in BBQology from the Bovine University of . . .

Actually, I just love food and want to spread the joy of BBQ! I have a keen sense of smell and taste and, as a lifetime barbecue enthusiast, enjoy using it at the many wonderful BBQ restaurants in the Portland area. Whether I like a particular restaurant or not, I want to tell everyone about it, and communicating one’s opinions is the nature of blogging.
