I'm a frickin' vegan!
I know what you're thinking, "Vegan? This guy eats six servings of pork a week. It must be a joke." No, it's true. It's the Portland culture--they suck you in. First you're invited to lunch at what turns out to be a vegetarian restaurant. Then you get involved in a "walking group." Pretty soon you're bicycling to work munching on tempeh with a yoga mat sticking out of your cotton pack and a "Fur Is Murder" sticker.
This blog will continue to be available for a while, and maybe I'll update it occasionally. Some BBQ restaurants have vegetarian options. Mmmmm, kale.
