Meats...
My favorite is the succulent pulled pork. The brisket, chopped for the BBQ beef sandwich, is tender and tasty. More details on the other meats coming soon.
Sides...
The potato salad is both mayo- and mustard-based. It's a delicious, chunky blend, as opposed to some that are more creamy. Corn bread muffinettes come with the plates. Two varieties are served, one a typical sweet style, and one with jalapenos. Yum!
Sauces...
The regular thick sauce is sweet and not at all spicy or vinegary. The thin sauce is vinegar based and nicely hot.

Ample.
Service...
Friendly, courteous, professional. Please tip appropriately.

Affordable.
Atmosphere...
Casual, comfortable, and homey. Dishes are served in paper lined baskets.
